4. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable retainer fee may be required before services begin.
• Hourly rates, fixed fees, or other costs will be outlined in the engagement agreement.
• Additional costs (such as travel expenses, court fees, or third-party charges) may be invoiced separately.
• Payment is due as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

5. Limitations and Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
• Our services are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• We are not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the use of the information we provide.
• We cannot disclose information protected by attorney-client privilege or other legal protections.

6. Client Use of Information

• The client agrees to use the information obtained for lawful purposes only.
• Unauthorized sharing or publication of investigative reports or materials without our consent is prohibited.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Outstanding fees and expenses will remain payable.

8. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
